In 1977, I first discovered my passion for photography, capturing dynamic sports and nature shots with a trusty Minolta SRT201 camera. Over the decades, I nurtured this creative pursuit, honing my skills through multiple courses in film and darkroom techniques, even as I built a successful career in law.
In 2017, I launched On the Mark Images as a part-time venture as my legal career began winding down, but the business was unfortunately dissolved in 2020 due to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Undeterred, I re-established On the Mark Images as a limited liability corporation after retiring in May 2024, specializing in captivating portraits, headshots, and street photography. I'm a proud member of the Professional Photographers of America (PPA) and am committed to providing clients with the highest quality, timeless imagery.
Equipped with a range of Canon cameras, including the EOS Rebel T5i, T7i, and EOS M6 mirrorless, along with an array of versatile lenses and speedlites, I continue to passionately pursue my lifelong love of creating dynamic, impactful visual stories for each and every client.

As an accomplished event photographer, my portfolio showcases a curated selection from my extensive body of work. My high-quality images are suitable for publications, as well as striking wall art displays. For freelance assignments, I offer a three-hour minimum at competitive, reasonable rates

Street photography, for me, is about capturing genuine moments of human life. Sometimes these moments are spontaneous, but the images always reflect reality. The photographs may serve historical purposes or showcase a special moment or place. I have a preference for black-and-white photographs, inspired by the works of Gordon Parks, Henri Cartier-Bresson, and, more recently, Eric Kim, which reveal my love for the art deco style of street photography. Through theses images, I aim to inspire feelings of awe, joy, pride, and nostalgia.
